Restrictions & More Information:

1) For all service-related specials, patients must pre-pay on the “special” day in order to take advantage of the offer. The actual service DOES NOT have to be same day.
2) For product promotions, including gift cards, products must be purchased at Belcara Health. The offer excludes online orders.
3) Consults are required for certain services. If the patient does not qualify for a procedure based on the results of the consult, the funds used to secure the deal can be applied to other services and/or products at Belcara Health.
4) A “Botox Appointment” is defined as 30 or more units at one appointment. The $50 discount can only be applied to services of 30+ units.
5) These offers cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. Offers are non-refundable.
