Meet Magdalena

Magdalena Coffman, a certified personal trainer, shares her passion for fitness by helping others transform the way they look at feel. A graduate of DePaul University, Magdalena is certified by the NSCA-CPT and an IFBB Pro athlete with numerous competition titles to her name, including IFBB Champion, 2014. She has been published in multiple fitness publications as a featured instructor, guest contributor, and fitness model. Using her extensive knowledge, experience, and infectious enthusiasm for health and wellness, Magdalena designs personal training programs for her clients and guides towards achieving their health and fitness goals. She is proud to have helped many loyal clients live happier, healthier, more vibrant lives.
